BACKGROUND:

Stealth Ventures Inc. is a Calgary based oil and gas exploration, development and production Company, incorporated initially under the Business Corporations Act (BCA) on December 19, 1996, and now continues as an Alberta corporation.

The Common Shares of the Corporation are listed on the TSX-V under the symbol “SLV”. Stealth’s head office is located at Suite 3300 Bow Valley Square II, 205 – 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2P 2V7 and its registered office at Livingston Place, 1000-250 2nd St S.W. Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2P 0C1.

Stealth has had interests in various oil & gas fields in Canada and till 2010 it was predominantly a Canadian domestic oil & gas producer. Over the years, Stealth has developed expertise in exploring, developing and producing from unconventional hydrocarbon resources, categorized primarily by shale, coal bed methane and very tight sand reservoirs. Stealth is the first Company to be recognized by the Regulatory Board in Alberta, Canada, to book reserves and produce natural gas from shale deposits. Stealth currently holds acreages in the Provinces of Alberta and Nova Scotia, Canada. While its acreages in Alberta are shale based reservoirs, the acreage in Nova Scotia are having hydrocarbon potential from coal based geological reservoirs.

STRATEGY AND GROWTH:

Stealth’s corporate strategy has expanded to bring its experience, expertise and technology that it has gained in the Canadian unconventional oil and gas industry, into the international marketplace, in general, and more specifically, into Asia with its initial focus being India.

The Company’s mandate is to leverage its core competency by analyzing and developing high-impact unconventional oil and gas resource plays primarily in India and later into other parts of South and East Asia. The Corporation is also aggressively examining and pursuing tight to very tight conventional resource plays, in which the Corporation can utilize its experience and expertise gained from unconventional resource plays and apply it for such tight conventional resource plays, as appropriate, to optimize the recovery of hydrocarbons from such tight reservoirs.
