Subra V. Subramaniam, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
A successful and well established business executive and entrepreneur, specialized in international business, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Subramaniam’s wide industry expertise ranges in strategic planning, establishment of strategic partnership/joint ventures, business development, government relations, operations management, besides general management. He has proven experience and expertise in the upstream oil and gas business, besides being well-versed with the nuances of the mid-stream and down-stream activities of the oil industry. Mr. Subramaniam has a proven track record of having established and successfully managed various start-up operations, and in identifying and implementing growth oriented projects and activities. The start-up operations that he was involved in include Aban Offshore, Command Petroleum, Cairn Energy, Canoro Resources Ltd., Pan Orient Energy Corp., amongst others.
Mr. Subramaniam is a Commerce Graduate with Honors, from the University of Delhi in India and has over 28 years experience in the Indian and international oil and gas industry.
Rudy Cech, Independent Director
A professional engineer specialised in reservoir characterization and engineering, has over 35 years experience in the Canadian and international oil and gas industry. He is familiar and has proven expertise in evaluating, planning and operating unconventional hydrocarbon plays worldwide, including India and Indonesia. The bulk of his career has been with Sproule Associates, Canada. He supervised and managed exploration and development projects, and conducted geological studies in Canada, the U.S. and other international regions. He has presented several papers pertaining to development of coalbed methane and such other unconventional hydrocarbon resource plays.
Mr. Cech is a Member of the Petroleum Society of The Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). He is also a member of the Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
Ashok Bhasin, Independent Director
An independent businessman involved in the Energy industry for the last 40 years, Mr. Bhasin is a Legal & Management professional. He has worked in various capacities and positions with Gulf Canada, Niko Resources, Globex Resources & currently is the Chairman of Sonoma Resources.
Mr. Bhasin holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi, India; and a Diploma in Business Administration, from the University of Toronto.
Siva Chidambaram, Independent Director
An independent Business Consultant having work experience of over 40 years, 20 years of which involved working for the United Nations. Subsequently Mr. Chidambaram also worked for the Federal Government of Canada. The bulk of his career has been in the introduction, establishment and operations of international projects and businesses activities mainly in Asia, Africa, North & Central America & Eastern Europe.
Mr. Chidambaram holds a post graduate degree (Master of Arts) in Economics and a Master of Letters ( M.Litt) degree for his research and thesis from the University of Madras, India. He also attended professional development courses organized by United Nations in New York and at Geneva.
Roger Harman, Chief Financial Officer
A Certified Mangement Accountant (CMA) with over 30 years experience in all aspects of finance & accounting, including regulatory reporting requirements both for operations and stock exchange procedures. Before joining Stealth, Mr. Harman was the Chief Financial Officer at PRD Energy and at Canadian Superior Energy Inc. (now Sonde Resources). Prior to that he worked in various capacities and positions with Altagas Ltd., TXU Energy Trading, Producers Marketing Ltd., as well a number of other Canadian oil and gas companies.
Mr. Harman attended the University of Calgary. He obtained his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and audited the first offering of the Society of Management Accountants Professional Program.
