Stealth Ventures established an International Advisory Board (IAB) to give the Company the opportunity to draw on the strengths and relationships of certain key individuals, located in India, to strengthen the Company’s activities by providing their skills and expertise, as the Company expands its footprint in India and SE Asia. The IAB Board will be strengthed with additional persons of eminence and will help implement and achieve the corporate and technical objectives of the Company. Mr. K. N. VENKATASUBRAMANIAN
An accomplished technical & business expert with over 40 years of oil & gas industry experience. He started his career with Philips Petroleum and has since been involved in senior positions in Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., Engineers India Ltd., State Trading Corporation, and retired as Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation; the largest refining company in India. He sits on various Boards like Essar Oil, Gulf Oil, East India Petroleum, to name a few. Mr. Venkatsubramanian’s advice and assistance will help leverage Stealth’s technical strengths for its business internationally.
Mr. R.C. SHAH
A Geologist with over 40 years experience and is currently the President of Darcy Reservoir Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (d’rcs), a very successful and the first Indian consulting firm to be empanelled by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH)/Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOPNG)/Government of India (GOI), (the upstream regulatory board). He served Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC, National Oil Company of India) for 30 years. His experience as a specialist in G&G appraisal, reservoir evaluation, engineering assessment and monitoring has helped him understand the regional geology and the related plays in a number of basins globally. He has been involved in the successes of companies like Niko Resources, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC), Pan Orient, Selan Exploration, Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd. (AWEL), etc. Mr. Shah’s knowledge of the sub-surface geology of the region will help Stealth build the right acreage in India.
Mr. P. MURARI
A retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), India’s prestigious and elite Civil Services cadre that is involved in policy making and implementation of the Government of India’s public programs. He has held several key positions in the Government during his tenure and his last assignment, before superannuation, was Secretary to The President of India. He now sits in various Boards of public companies, including the largest oil & gas drilling company in India. He is also the Advisor to The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and the President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Murari’s invaluable advice will help build on Stealth’s India and International strategies.
Mr. C. N. RAMDAS
A renowned and successful retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), India’s prestigious and elite Civil Services cadre that is involved in policy making and implementation of the Government of India’s public programs. He has held several key assignments within the Provincial and Federal Governments, in India. His assignment before superannuation was as Secretary, Ministry of Surface Transport; the ministry that formulates policies and implementes all infrastructure related projects like, roads, bridges, ports., etc., in India. He has since been advising companies like Mobil, Command Petroleum, Indian Oil Tanking, Cairn Energy and such other organizations for establishing and promoting their businesses in India. Mr. Ramdas is a strategist who provides the right advice and assistance to build Stealth’s business growth in India and the region.
Dr. T. S. R. PRASADA RAO
A renowned scientist & a technocrat with over 40 years experience in the oil & gas industry in India & internationally. He has worked in the oil & gas industry, in India, in various capacities with Government controlled entities and his last assignment before superannuation was as Director of the Indian Institute of Petroleum. Dr. Rao is a specialist in fluid analysis and renowned for his knowledge of appropriate techniques for determining fluid catalysts to meet the end of objective for its usage. Since his superannuation, he is a technical consultant to various organizations in India and overseas and he also sits on the Board of Directors of some of them. Stealth will draw on the rich experience of Dr. Rao’s knowledge, especially in the area of fluid application for fracture design and implementation; besides the introduction of his vast contacts and relationships in the Government and in the oil & gas sector within India.
