Stealth’s initial wells have been producing for 20 months showing long-term stable production profiles which is the platform for solid growth. The Company has assembled 122 sections of land from which ~1000 drill locations are available to the Company at 8 well per section downspacing which is in the process of being applied for. The Company funded its 2008 drill program and is in the process of drilling 80 wells over the course of the year. The company intends to aggressively add land to this base thus building upon its multi-year drilling inventory.

Saskatchewan Assets

In September of 2007 Stealth vended it’s 50% working interest position in the Saskatchewan shale gas prospects back into its working interest partner PanTerra Resource Corp. (“PanTerra”) for 13 million common shares.
