Stealth’s expertise and focus is on “unconventional” gas reserves which encompass: shale gas, Coalbed Methane (CBM) and tight gas sand reservoirs. These reserves are generally “tight” or have also been described as challenging to produce with conventional drilling and completion technologies. The Company is now turning the corner towards rapid growth and development.

Background

Stealth’s inception in 1996 was in the mining industry and with a failed deal soon after moved into the oil and gas sector when in 2000 current management/insiders started to do minor interest oil and gas deals. In 2003 management started to look at CBM deals in Canada and began to farm-in on a non-operated basis on the Nova Scotia CBM properties. In the Summer of 2005 current management bought out all interests of US based Amvest Resources Inc.’s interest in the Nova Scotia CBM properties and on June 14th, 2005 took over as official operator of the Nova Scotia CBM properties and was thus re-born as an unconventional gas exploration company. In addition to the Company closing on the Nova Scotia CBM deal, an additional five shale gas properties were added in Western Canada adding to the exposure of early-time unconventional gas resource plays. As exploration continued, the Alberta based shale gas property rose to the top as the Company’s first commercial play and the asset base was prioritized from seven individual gas plays to two strategic areas; the Wildmere region (Alberta shale gas) and the Cumberland Basin (Nova Scotia CBM property). The Company continues to build value primarily through its Wildmere play and will focus primarily on this play creating value in years to come.

Definition of Shale Gas and Coalbed Methane

The Company currently operates in two broad geographic areas and is focused on two types of strategic plays:

• Shale (shallow) gas in Alberta
• CBM in Nova Scotia

Stealth Ventures Ltd. is focused on targeting large size “resource” type plays at infancy or early stages and develop them into producing reserves for sale in the North American natural gas market. Stealth’s will continue to focus on it’s corporate strategy of exploiting unconventional gas and has proven through it’s strategy of initial R&D work combined with technological expertise that the formula for unlocking short and long term value is a recipe for success.

Stealth’s primary growth area is in Wildmere targeting the Cretaceous Colorado Group shales, which are blanket deposited across a large aerial extent of western Canada.

The Company is now turning the corner towards rapid growth and development with increased production growth forecasted for years to come. The company’s Nova Scotia CBM properties are still in early stage exploration mode. The Cumberland CBM asset still provides corporate exploration upside and has massive potential as was identified by the February 17th (2006) NI 51-101 compliant resource report booking an estimated 1.2 TCF of “Discovered CBM Resource” (gas-in-place) potential.

Stealth will continue to focus on its corporate strategy in unconventional gas. Though 2005 the Company built an experienced team to operate its resource plays, it added to its asset position and financed the ability to initially drill and test unconventional as. In 2006, Management expanded operations, obtained appropriate financings, and executed transactions to unlock short and long-term value. In 2008 Stealth will proceed to operations that will produce significant cash flow, prove commercial value and provide “discovery” returns to shareholders.
